AEW operates mainly in the canton of Aargau but also serves properties in the neighboring Basel cantons through its contracting offer. Roof areas from 150 square meters qualify for the partnership model, while larger roofs from 1000 square meters qualify for full contracting.
The company covers all costs, planning, insurance and 30 years of operation. Roof owners receive either affordable solar power or an annual roof lease fee.
