Solarify is one of the few Swiss companies to build its contracting model specifically around multi-family and commercial buildings. The office sits in Bern, and the company's work covers all of German-speaking Switzerland.

Property owners without capital of their own or an interest in running the system themselves can simply make their roof available: Solarify finances, builds and maintains the system, and ownership can be taken over once the contract term ends. Tenants also have access to self-consumption communities.
