enalpin fully covers the financing, planning, installation and operation of the system. The roof remains the owner's property, while the modules belong to enalpin for the duration of the contract. Anyone who doesn't need the electricity produced can instead choose the roof lease option and receive an annual payment.
The process is leaner than with a classic purchase project: no grant application, no bank financing, no insurance questions. At the end of the term, the system can be taken over, dismantled, or the contract renewed. Tritec AG, as sister company, handles the installation.
