Solarify targets properties with at least 150 square meters of usable roof space and sufficient daytime consumption. Typical buildings include multi-family homes, commercial halls and public buildings. The company handles planning, financing, construction, insurance and operation of the system for its entire lifespan.
Anyone who doesn't want to or can't buy their own system still gets access to affordable solar power this way. At the end of the contract term, which usually runs 25 to 40 years, the system is transferred to the property owner. The company also helps set up self-consumption communities for tenants.
